Made these ginger cookies yesterday! My family ate them all really fast and were like, “Why didn’t you us make more?” From a recipe in Vegan with a Vengeance. Isa Chandra Moskowitz’s cookbooks have some of the best recipes for baked goods (which just so happen to be vegan).
